Decide if you want Original Medicare or an Advantage Plan (Part C).

  • You can decide if you want Original Medicare or
  • You can decide if you want a Medicare Advantage Plan (Part C) (HMO or PPO)

Decide if you want a Prescription Drug Plan (Part D).

  • You decide if you want the drug coverage with a Medicare Advantage Plan or
  • You decide if you want a Stand-alone Part D Drug Plan.

Decide if you want to buy a Medicare Supplement.

  • You decide which Medicare Supplement you want
  • You decide which company to purchase this from (different plans are available)
